The following terms and conditions apply to Gary Barnes Jewellery. When placing an order with Gary Barnes Jewellery, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY POLICY
Gary Barnes Jewellery accepts payment by direct online bank transfer, and credit card payments (details provided by phone or email) and PayPal. These details are destroyed once payment is complete. We also accept payments via Western Union, and for Australian clients, cheque.
We take all reasonable care to ensure our website is 100% secure. At present no credit card transactions are performed on this site, which does not hold any of your credit card details. EWAY Payment Gateway and PayPal credit card transactions are secured payments, fully automated and with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by any outside party. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when paying by credit card.

Please note that the actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times will be arranged once the design details and order have been finalised. Where possible we hand-deliver or allow pick up. Otherwise we will normally send your goods via Australian Post. Postal times may vary from 3-10 business days depending on your location. Overseas delivery is considered to be effected once the goods have reached the Customs Offices of the country in question. Gary Barnes Jewellery will notify you by email of the date of mailing and the Australian Post reference/tracking number.

WARRANTY / REFUND
Gary Barnes Jewellery provide a lifetime manufacture warranty on all handmade jewellery purchased directly from ourselves. It is important to understand that this warranty covers faults only in the handmaking process of the piece of jewellery for the lifetime of the jewellery. It does not cover wear and tear, physical damage to the piece, or alterations made by another party.
